I’ve spent about 30 years around business — running my own ventures alongside periods in corporate work. During that time, I’ve started businesses, closed them, succeeded, failed, and learned a lot in between.
I also have a PhD focused on women entrepreneurs, which means my work is shaped by both lived experience and research. I’ve spent years listening to how women actually experience starting and running businesses — not just how it’s supposed to look on paper.
